Terms of Use
Last updated 30 September 2026
These terms apply when you use the Sari website (sari.rent) or the Sari app. Sari is operated by INTRUST REAL ESTATE (L.L.C), a real-estate brokerage licensed in Dubai (brokerage licence 31840) — "Sari", "we" and "us" below. By creating an account or booking a viewing you agree to these terms.
What Sari does
Sari lists homes for rent in Dubai on behalf of their owners, arranges viewings with a Sari coordinator, and prepares the tenancy contract for signing and registration with Ejari. Sari acts as the licensed broker; the tenancy itself is between the tenant and the owner of the home.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a tenancy contract under UAE law.
- You sign in with your mobile number. Keep access to it secure — anyone who can receive your codes can use your account.
- The details you give us, including your identity documents, must be true and your own.
Listings
We check every home before it is listed and show the Dubai Land Department advertising permit where one has been issued. Descriptions, photos and prices come from the owner; we work to keep them accurate, but a listing is an invitation to view, not an offer, until a contract is signed.
Viewings
- Now. You can ask for a viewing straight away; a coordinator aims to meet you at the home within 15 minutes. If you are some distance away, we may ask you to approve a 30 AED hold on your card before we send anyone, and if you are too far for a coordinator to wait for you, we may not offer an immediate viewing.
- At a time you choose. You can book any half hour from 11:00 to 21:00 Dubai time, up to a week ahead. A 30 AED hold is placed on your card when you book.
- The hold is not a charge. It is released after the viewing. It is taken only if nobody comes to the viewing — the coordinator waits 15 minutes. If you cancel before the viewing starts, it is released.
- You may bring one other person. Building security may ask for identification on arrival.
Tenancies and payments
Before you sign, the app shows you the full contract, the rent and how it is paid, the security deposit and any fee Sari charges. Nothing is charged that was not shown to you first. Payments are processed by our payment provider; refunds, where due, go back to the card or account the payment came from.
Owners
If you list a home with Sari, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to let it, that the information you give is accurate, and that the home is available for the dates listed. The terms of our brokerage agreement with you apply in addition to these.
Using Sari fairly
Do not book viewings you do not intend to attend, misuse another person's identity, try to get around the service to avoid fees, harass coordinators or other users, or interfere with how the service works. We may suspend an account that does.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for the condition of a home beyond what we have checked and told you, or for losses that were not a foreseeable result of something we did wrong. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE law that cannot be limited.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Profile, unless a tenancy is still active. How we handle your data after that is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
